Growing from a one man venture to now having a small team, we faced many challenges but Workcentral had always proved to be a consistent and dependable partner and did whatever they could to support us. The staff are pleasant, all of them well-trained, conscientious and helpful, from the cheerful receptionists to the endearing concierge who’s there to meet all my unique needs and requirements and unlike many shared communal spaces out there, Workcentral is first and foremost a conducive work environment without the trappings of needing to be hip or trendy which can be a distraction; most importantly it’s managed with warmth and a strong unmistakable sense of family spirit. Yes — no membership is required. Workcentral's Day Pass is designed exactly for that: walk-in professionals, freelancers, remote workers, and business travellers who need a coworking space in Singapore on a per-day basis. Simply book online or drop in (subject to availability) and pay for the day.
You can book your Day Pass directly on our website — select your preferred date, complete the short booking form, and pay online. Walk-ins are also welcome subject to seat availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekdays, as our coworking space in Singapore can fill up quickly during peak hours.
Day Pass access runs during standard business hours, typically 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Extended or weekend access may be available depending on the plan selected. Check the booking page for the latest hours, as they may vary on Singapore public holidays.
Yes. Our coworking space in Singapore is equipped with enterprise-grade Wi-Fi built for video conferencing. If you need a private space for calls, phone booths and meeting rooms are available to add on to your Day Pass at an hourly rate. Just let our team know when you arrive or book a room in advance online.
We currently offer full-day passes. However, if you only need a few hours, the full-day rate is still competitive compared to most coworking spaces in Singapore charging per hour. For very short visits, you're welcome to drop by and speak to our team — we'll find the most flexible option for your needs.

Rate: $20 per person
Applicable Hours: Non-office hours only (Late afternoons from 5pm onwards & Weekends).
Membership Requirement: This package is exclusively available to existing Workcentral members who are active tutors or educators.
Designated Zones: Usage is strictly limited to the following available common areas: The Dining Hall, Brewhouse, and Studio.
Tutor Access: If the tutor/educator is not an active Workcentral member, they must purchase a separate Day Pass at the prevailing rate to access the premises.
Group Size: A single session is limited to a maximum of 4 students at any one time in the common areas.
Meeting Room Requirement: For groups exceeding 4 students, a private meeting room must be booked and paid for at the standard hourly rate.
Unauthorized Access: Any students found on-site without a prior booking or registration will be charged the standard public day pass rate of $50.
Advance Notice: All Educator Day Passes must be purchased at least one (1) working day in advance of the scheduled session.
Late Bookings: Failure to book in advance will result in the session being billed at the full hourly venue rate rather than the discounted per-pax day pass rate.
Access Security: Every student must be registered under the day pass. Sharing of access cards or propping doors open for non-registered students is a serious security breach and may result in the suspension of booking privileges.
Educators are responsible for the conduct of their students. Please ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other members working in the space.
All personal belongings and teaching materials must be cleared from the common area at the end of each session.
