Day Pass (Educator Package) – Terms and Conditions

Rate: $20 per person

Applicable Hours: Non-office hours only (Late afternoons from 5pm onwards & Weekends).

1. Eligibility & Access

• Membership Requirement: This package is exclusively available to existing Workcentral members who are active tutors or educators.

• Designated Zones: Usage is strictly limited to the following available common areas: The Dining Hall, Brewhouse, and Studio.

• Tutor Access: If the tutor/educator is not an active Workcentral member, they must purchase a separate Day Pass at the prevailing rate to access the premises.

2. Student Registration & Capacity

• Group Size: A single session is limited to a maximum of 4 students at any one time in the common areas.

• Meeting Room Requirement: For groups exceeding 4 students, a private meeting room must be booked and paid for at the standard hourly rate.

• Unauthorized Access: Any students found on-site without a prior booking or registration will be charged the standard public day pass rate of $50.

3. Booking & Payment Protocols

• Advance Notice: All Educator Day Passes must be purchased at least one (1) working day in advance of the scheduled session.

• Late Bookings: Failure to book in advance will result in the session being billed at the full hourly venue rate rather than the discounted per-pax day pass rate.

• Access Security: Every student must be registered under the day pass. Sharing of access cards or propping doors open for non-registered students is a serious security breach and may result in the suspension of booking privileges.

4. Community Etiquette

• Educators are responsible for the conduct of their students. Please ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other members working in the space.

• All personal belongings and teaching materials must be cleared from the common area at the end of each session.
