What is Fair Use of Meeting Room?

Fair use of the meeting room is the complimentary usage of the meeting room on a daily basis subject to the below guidelines (which can be found in the House Rules):

• Meeting rooms should be booked in advance using cash or credits. However, if meeting rooms are empty, Members may use them without incurring extra charges.

• Maximum allowance: Booth, Team Seating & Suites - 2hrs per day | Hotdesk - 1hr per day

• Each company may use only 1 meeting room on a Fair Use basis at any one time.

• Members must be physically present and may approach reception for availability up to 10 min before the meeting room is needed.

• Should the meeting room be subsequently booked and paid for, Members will be asked to vacate the meeting room immediately.

How do you define an advanced meeting room booking?
A: Any booking made more than one hour in advance is considered an advanced booking. For fair use bookings, you may approach our reception up to 10 minutes before the meeting room is needed.

If my company has 3 staff under hotdesk, can I book 3 hours under fair use?
A: You have only 1 hour under fair use. The balance of 2 hours will be taken from your monthly credits. 

Can I make a fair use booking via WhatsApp?
A: No. All fair use bookings must be made in person at the front desk. However, you can check availability via WhatsApp.

If I need 2 hours of meeting room, can I book under fair use?
A: Yes. You can book for one hour under fair use, and the second hour would be deducted from your monthly membership credits.

Is fair use of the meeting room available on weekends?
A: No. Fair use is only available during our regular business hours on weekdays. You can use your membership credits to book meeting rooms on weekends. If your booking runs over or you have exhausted your credits, you will be invoiced at our standard member rates.

How many meeting rooms can I book at the same time?
A: Each company is limited to booking a maximum of 2 meeting rooms at the same time using fair use and credits. Any additional rooms will be paid bookings.
